My Tribute to Mr. Michael Brazile

This is a humble tribute to the late Michael Bazile, who I respectfully referred to as “Mr. B."

I celebrate God for His divine order and timing in our lives because as believers in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, nothing happens by chance.

For God knew you were the right person to help manifest the purpose I still had stored within me.  Without your unwavering belief in me, without the giving of your time and devotion towards me, R. Renee Productions would not exist.

“If you want to make God laugh, just tell him your plans.”

It wasn’t until seeking understanding behind your passing, did that saying finally resonate with me.  Our unlikely friendship completely transformed the plans I originally had for the next stage in my life and although your advice at times was completely unwarranted, I will always be grateful to God for you.

From our initial meeting, you always expressed your confidence in my abilities and supported my vision.  Often times, your instructions were not always received with opened arms, but being the great mentor you were, you saw through the clouds and encouraged me more and knew there was success waiting on the other side. My life has been enriched by your friendship and my future will always be shaped by your inspiration. 

Today, with boldness and confidence, I am able to step out on faith as I relaunch the endeavor we started together, “Rebirth and New Directions with Christ.”

This new journey I am soon to partake will not be the same without you, but know that your lessons, as well as your “only Mr. B” comeback moments, will be with me every step of the way.

So to my dearest mentor and friend, rest in Peace.  Know that the work you started is continuing and that you will be always be sincerely loved and missed.
